Joanne enjoys working one-on-one with her clients. She knows it is important to devote as much time as needed to fully understand your particular situation. Joanne is always available to answer questions. Her hours and appointments are flexible, based on your schedule. Meetings can be in your home or office, or at Joanne’s office.

Joanne’s past experience, combined with her advanced degree in taxation, allows her to provide you with superior guidance and legal advice. All of her clients receive careful, personalized and professional attention.

Joanne Clark, Esq., has a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. After practicing law with a large firm for 15 years, she opened her own practice in 2002. Joanne is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.

She is a member of the NJ and NY Bar Associations and the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO). Joanne works with a network of other professionals including financial planners, accountants, and other attorneys, to provide clients with a range of options and services.
